How to Play
Marble Race Live is one of the simplest game shows in Evolution’s arsenal. In fact, it’s so easy to master that it has only two game phases – the betting, and the race.
Now, Marble Race involves a race of six marbles, each coloured differently. In each round, you can bet on the marble you think will win, or bet on the marbles you think are going to finish first and second-place.
The game round has 2 parts: the betting and the race.
Betting
The first betting option is called the Regular betting grid, while the Compound betting grid allows you to bet on the 1st and 2nd Place.
In other words, you can bet on only two options before the race begins, but you can place as many bets as you want as you can bet on more marbles in one single round.
When the betting phase begins, use the allotted time to place a wager. There’s 12 seconds for betting only, but it’s more than enough time for betting considering how many betting options there are.
To bet, you can select a chip – using the chip denominations – and place it where you want. When you are done, just wait for the race to begin.
Race
The host of the game releases the six marbles when the official game round starts. The cameras will pan out to show the racetrack down which the marbles are racing towards the finish line.
The racetrack features an array of obstacles that make it harder for the marbles to reach the finish, and may sometimes prevent them from reaching the end altogether. In most cases, though, they simply slow them down.
As the actual race is very fast, you will soon get to see the result and which marble has finished first. Depending on the bet you placed (1st Place or 1st and 2nd Place Bet), you will get the corresponding payout.
Have in mind that to get the payout for the second bet, you must correctly guess which marbles finished both in the first and the second place.
Once everyone has received their winnings, the marbles are collected for the start of the next round.
