HOW TO PLAY

We’ll walk you through a typical round to illustrate how Caribbean stud poker works.

To start a round, you’ll need to put down an Ante bet. Just drag as many chips as you want to the Ante spot. Also, if you want to take a crack at the progressive jackpot, this is the time to do it. Just put down a chip on the Jackpot side bet. This is an RNG game, which means you can take all the time you need to make a decision.

Then, you and the house will be dealt 5 cards each. You can immediately see all of your cards, but only one of the dealer’s. At this point, you can chose to call or fold. Folding forfeits your ante bet, as always, whereas Calling requires you to put down another stake. It’s called the Call stake and costs double the Ante.

Then, your hand is compared to the dealer’s. Note that the dealer’s hand must have a King, Ace, a pair, or a stronger hand in order to ‘qualify’. If your hand is stronger, you win depending on your hand. If the dealer doesn’t qualify, ante bets are paid even money while call bets push.
